VariQuik System

The VariQuik System is an inline, internally valved, quick connect/disconnect coupling and connector that allows filling of all medical oxygen products from the same medical oxygen source or filling rack.  The system allows a quick and efficient changeover for filling CGA 870 and 540 oxygen cylinder products. Using the VariQuik System increases productivity and reduces filling costs by significantly reducing cylinder connection time.  Now you can change out CGA 870 and 540 connectors in seconds to fill either medical oxygen product from the same supply source and even the same fill rack. Connector tips can be attached directly to CGA connectors.  (The use of pigtail hoses for each CGA connector is optional.)  A Green-To-Go visible indicator insures proper and complete connection prior to cylinder filling.  During the cylinder filling cycle, the VariQuik System is locked in place by an internal locking mechanism.  This prevents accidental disconnect by the operator while under pressure. 

The VariQuik System has brass and stainless steel body components with coupler dimensions of 1-3/8” diameter by 4-3/4” length.  It has a pressure rating of 3600 psi, weighs 11 ounces and is cleaned for O2 service..

The new VariQuik connector tip is available in a male or female configuration for connectors, depending upon the inlet connection type.  (See dimensional data tab.)

Each VariQuik Coupling is supplied with a ¼” male termination.  The elastomer compound used is based upon industry approval and performance characteristics for the application.  .
