We tapped into our versatile “adapter” platform, retooling the connection profile and termination to hug the VIPR’s unique geometry like a glove. A manual pin actuation was paired with a sleek push-on, pull-off sleeve design, blending simplicity with precision to eliminate the need for twist-on fittings. This custom-crafted DIN 10 connector stayed true to our proven engineering roots while flexing just enough to meet the application’s distinct needs, delivering a seamless, operator-friendly solution that fit the customer’s vision to a T.

Results

The DIN 10 connectors turbocharged the customer’s filling process, slicing cycle times by over 40% and banishing the ergonomic hazards of twist-ons, all while boosting safety across the board.
