FasTest Introduces New CoreMax SV™ Service Valve
Single Port Service Valve Improves Manufacturing Processes for Split System Air Conditioner Manufacturers
Minneapolis, MN—January 18, 2024—FasTest, Inc. introduces the latest CoreMax® innovation for the HVAC-R market: a service valve specifically designed for split system air conditioner and heat pump units.
The CoreMax SV™ is engineered with a single port and the advantages of FasTest’s revolutionary CoreMax technology to replace common leak-prone service valves. FasTest's service valve reduces process connector tooling and labor costs by up to 67%, maximizing manufacturing cost reduction. The CoreMax SV also improves field installation and servicing, providing up to five times faster flow when evacuating or charging refrigerants compared to Schrader type valves. The CoreMax SV is fully compatible with conventional service tools, and the 30° valve design increases SEER rating and field processing ergonomics.
