The CoreMax SV System Replaces Conventional Service Valves in Split System Air Conditioners

With the advantages of FasTest’s leak-tight CoreMax high-flow valve, the CoreMax SV service valve and single processing tool provide high flow, zero emission processing to improve manufacturing efficiency and reduce tooling costs.

In addition, CoreMax SV is safer because it eliminates the potential for connector blow off and system refrigerant charge loss, and potential operator injury when processing through the copper tube flow path.

Integrated CoreMax® Valve

The CoreMax Access Valve & Seat System provides up to five times greater processing flow than common Schrader® type valves for faster field installation & servicing.

At the factory, it allows processing through FasTest’s OEM SnapMate connector (or for even faster processing, the CoreMax Core Insertion Tool) instead of through the copper tube resulting in fewer tools required and enhancing safety.

Plus, its dramatically improved sealing performance provides easy, and leak-free system accessibility compared to conventional Service Valves with their leak prone Schrader type valves. CoreMax valves are widely recognized for their high performance, productivity, and reliability.
